Hello nice weather! To greet the early spring here is some rattan furniture from TFM and other goodies that I am in the process of getting for my garden. What a treat, the mild winter we experienced, and now the summer like weather in mid February. It has got my creative juices flowing, and I am in the midst of a garden furniture overhaul. And I know that I am not the only one that this is true for.
And while it might not be the first thing to come to mind as you are putting away your winter coats, this will be of great benefit to those selling their home too. Just think of the difference between arriving at a home as a buyer and seeing it in its best light, sunlight. Who wouldn?t be more drawn to a home set for a garden party, as oppose to one with snow covering it.
If you are in the process of selling your abode, then take this dramatic shift in weather as a gift from the gods above. Make the most of the opportunity you have been given to make the outdoor area surrounding the dwelling look as inviting as possible. Good resources for this would be a garden guide or perhaps a garden design magazine. Whether you choose to make things smarter with some matching rattan loungers, or by updating your landscaping, do something to highlight just how great time spent there can be. In fact, if you have the space, you could design a garden room, and make it a selling point feature. Go on then, and get started.
