VM Requirements for Small Business

Hi Everybody,

We're a small business with about 10-12 mailboxes, 10 desktop connections and 20-25 IMAP/CardDAV/CalDAV connections. Mailbox size is (on average) about 50MB but one or two mailboxes are nearly 2GB.

I currently have ZCS 8.0.1 FOSS installed on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS on a Virtualbox VM for testing, I've allocated 4GB of RAM and two CPU cores.

Will this be enough for production usage? Idle RAM usage is nearly 50% and I'm not sure if this is just Java or under-compensation.
